OFI Real Estate Investment Managers is OFI AM's real estate investment arm.

We specialise in the office property sector and are active on the mid-market segment, where we currently occupy a significant position in France and Europe.



Investment Philosophy
Focusing on real estate assets with high financial visibility. Selection in accordance with fundamental criteria (location, architectural quality, tenant ratings, among others) and the potential for rental appreciation.

Diversification of the portfolio between Paris region and large regional cities.

Management Report
Excellent results were achieved in 2006, in performance terms both for mandates and products under management, as well as for net inflows. The average size of portfolios under management was €300,000.

In 2007, new efforts will be made to raise the portion of assets under direct management.

L’encours du fonds FOSCA, le premier fonds géré par OFI REIM, est passé de 101 Me fin 2005 à 213 Me fin 2006, la valorisation du portefeuille passant quant à elle de 200 Me à 380 Me sur la même période (420 Me à la fin du premier trimestre 2007).

OFI REIM va poursuivre en 2007 sa stratégie de développement sur le secteur immobilier de bureau, en lançant un nouveau fonds à destination d’investisseurs internationaux, et s’implanter sur le marché naissant de la gestion collective immobilière en créant son premier OPCI.
